You can order your Fine Tune 2040 smoker in different configurations. Comes with 3/8 thick firebox and 4 steel wheels. Flat Free riding mower wheels available too. We can install steel wheels by the firebox and swivel casters with breaks on the handle side. We can build as traditional flow or reverse flow. Upgraded meat racks available.
CNC Cut 1/4 thick meat racks are a great upgrade. They hold the heat better to recover more quickly after opening the lid. They also hold the juices in the meat for a more moist and tender finished product.
Old style firebox coal basket is included. New style features slide out ash pan. New style add$100. Name plate on counter weitht add $150. Firebox Griddle 1/4" $100.
