I would seriously consider this option if you want a cabinet on your smoker. Because the cabinet is over the firebox its easy to lift and swing the handle side around much better than maneuvering when the cabinet is on the other end. Also, it shortens the overall length to fit in spaces and ships cheaper as well. You do loose the grilling lid but you have a vertical cooker directly above the firebox, just simply open the vent to let the desired amount of heat in.
